Introduction

Membership within the NobleIran Association is extended to individuals and families who share a commitment to the preservation of Iran’s noble lineages and cultural heritage.

The Association serves as a custodial institution, bringing together those connected by ancestry, historical interest, or dedication to the safeguarding of heritage and estates.


 Eligibility

 

Membership may be considered for individuals or families who can demonstrate one or more of the following:

 

  • Descent from a recognized or documented lineage
  • Connection to historical estates, lands, or family properties
  • Possession of genealogical records or documented family history
  • Commitment to the preservation of Iranian cultural and architectural heritage

Applicants with ties to families associated with dynasties such as the Qajar dynasty may be considered within the context of historical evaluation.

Application Process

Applicants are invited to submit materials for review, including:

  • Family lineage and genealogical information
  • Historical background of the family
  • Titles associated with the lineage (e.g., Khan, Arbab, Mirza)
  • Supporting documentation (if available), such as records, passports, or archives

All submissions are reviewed by the Council of Lineages in accordance with the standards of the Association.

 Review and Recognition

Each application undergoes a careful and respectful evaluation process, considering:

  • Historical accuracy and context
  • Continuity of lineage
  • Cultural and genealogical significance

The Association may:

  • Accept and recognize the lineage
  • Request additional information
  • Defer or decline recognition where criteria are not sufficiently met
